Tiff showed me this link last week and I thought it was such a cool idea. The piggy family agreed that we should make this meat cake, so we went shopping on Friday for the stuff we need and ingredients.

Left - right: Add some bread crumbs and eggs and mix into minced meat.

Left: It's starting to look good here.
Right: Wenna called me the meat cake show girl. Thanks ah.. ( -.- )"

Left: Cooking nicely in the oven. The top got a bit burnt though..haha..
Right: Preparing the cranberry sauce. It was too watery, so Tiff thought to add ketchup to the sauce. Tasted quite good. ^-^

Left: Tiff making the mashed potatoes. We used the instant one here.
Right: Mashed potatoes, cranberry-tomato sauce, meat. We made 2 layers of beef and 1 layer of chicken.

Left - right: Layering in progress. We did not need to level the meat layer here, maybe cause we used enough bread crumbs. So far so good.

Left: Done! Looks like a big hamburger here. Heh..
Right: Good mashed potato icing is good. Doesn't it look a bit like carrot cake here?

*Joy* The cake actually managed to fool Jackie's dad. He thought it was a real cake. XD

The cake was damn heavy, which surprised all of us. Overall, the meat cake was quite tasty, and 1 slice is definitely enough to make a meal by itself. We were like O.O by the time we finished eating. LOL...

 It was our anniversary. So we decided to take leave and maybe hang out around town. Wenna said she asked me what I would be doing and I replied "play game". I have no idea why I replied that. LOL. So anyway, Jackie told me to leave everything to him and he will plan our itinerary for that day. Works for me. *lazy*

We went to Vivo for lunch. Had a cheap lunch as we thought we can go for good food later in the evening instead. So after that, we watched "You Dont Mess With The Zohan". Not a very nice movie imo. Should have watched "Get Smart" lohz.

After the movie, we took the railway express to Sentosa. Jackie wanted to visit the Underwater World.  First time taking the railway, felt a bit sua ku. LOL. The funny thing starts after buying the tickets. He told me he needed the loo so I waited around the turtle pond area for him. Several minutes passed and he was still not back yet, so I began to feel impatient.

 It soon turned into annoyance when I spotted him some distance away talking on the phone with a happy expression. I was thinking "So that's why he took so long. Talking on the phone happily some more. Make me wait so long. >:( " Before that, I was already irritated with him cause he was smsing a lot and seemed to have a lot of calls.

After ending his call, he ran to the other side and disappeared. I assumed he went back to the toilet. But a minute later, he appeared again and ran past me, to the snack bar area behind the ticketing counter. I was like o.O? Maybe he wanted to get a drink, so I walked over to look for him. Can't find him, so I went back to the turtle pond to wait.

When he finally appeared, he started smsing again. I was like "You are very busy hor? So many calls and sms. -_-" After pacifying me(heh..), we went in.

A Nautilus (very interesting creature), a Horseshoe Crab, and a Japanese Giant Crab (om nom nom).

We came out after about an hour. He then brought me up to the 10th Floor of Rasa Sentosa Resort, cause the view was supposedly great there. It was about 7+pm already. Then he said the view on the other side is better, so he pulled me along the corridors. I was walking ahead of him and when i turned around, he was trying to open the door of one of the rooms. I panicked sia, thought he was going to break into other people's room (at that moment, it looked like it lohz..hahahaha). So I was like "what are you doing?!" Just then, a staff walked past and gave him the suspicious look. He was like "Sir, can I help you? Sir, do you have a room?" I was so ready to stomp off by myself, had I not seen that he was inserting some card into the card slot. It was only then I realised he booked a room. He was so funny! Inserted the card upside down. Of course it wouldn't open lahz! *ROFL*.

So anyways, the staff guy helped him open the door and we went in. The first thing I saw was 2 trails of blue rose petals leading to a heart. I was damn surprised lohz. Checked out the bathroom and found a bubble bath scrub set inside the bath tub. On it wrote "Enjoy! Love from Tiffany and Wenna". I was so confused. A bit blur liaoz..haha..

Then I walked to the heart, and Jackie drew the curtains and I saw a drawing on the glass panel. When i saw the words "結婚" I started crying. I don't Know why, the tears just wouldn't stop. Then he went on bended knee and popped the question with the ring. I couldn't even say yes, just kept on nodding my head.  So after I calmed down a bit I called Wenna and Tiff and thanked them. It was one of the happiest days of my life. :D

Now I know why Jackie was smsing  and on the phone a lot. He was arranging stuff with Tiff and Wenna. They were trying to dodge me at the Underwater World! LOL...and the reason he was running around so much was to get the key from them. Very funny stuff. To read more about the process, click here.
